Manifesto
A shelf gives you three seconds. We spend months earning them.
包装不是容器的外衣，而是品牌最小、也最锋利的一块广告牌。我们把策略、材料与工艺放在同一张桌上讨论：先回答“为什么值得被拿起”，再决定它长什么样。九年，十八个品类，六十多个品牌，我们只做一件事——让每一次伸手都有理由。
What we do
We start before the drawing. Category mapping, audience truth, and a positioning sharp enough to make every later decision easier. 先想清楚“为什么是你”，再动笔。我们做品类扫描、人群洞察与竞品拆解，把定位写成一句能落地的话。

Four movements, one conversation. No black boxes, no big reveal — you see the work as it happens.
Discover诊断 / 1–2 周
货架走访、竞品拆解、消费者访谈。我们先把问题问对，再谈风格。
Define定义 / 2–3 周
一句定位、一个叙事骨架、一条视觉路线。方向定了，后面才快。
Design设计 / 4–8 周
结构与平面同时推进，白样上手验证，工艺与成本同步核算，不做纸上谈兵。
Deliver交付 / 2–4 周
完稿、印前、跟机、量产抽检。文件归档，规范移交，后续迭代随时接得上。
Studio
A small studio with a long table.
Founded in Shenzhen in 2017, LEAPIDEA is twelve people who would rather touch a mock-up than present a deck. We work with founders and brand teams across food, tea, liquor, beauty and lifestyle — usually from the first sketch to the first pallet.
